At Ooni UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor cooking experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postcode to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original packaging, unused, and include all original manuals and accessories to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
